This is very interesting! I never thought about it this way. Perhaps this is why so many physicians are conservatives or republicans (Except Feste!).
Thoughtful point of view
The Democrat Party has become the Lawyers’ Party. Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton are lawyers. Bill Clinton and Michelle Obama are lawyers. John Edwards, the other former Democrat candidate for president, is a lawyer, and so is his wife, Elizabeth. Every Democrat nominee since 1984 went to law school (although Gore did not graduate). Every Democrat vice presidential nominee since 1976, except for Lloyd Bentsen, went to law school. Look at the Democrat Party in Congress: the Majority Leader in each house is a lawyer.
The Republican Party is different. President Bush and Vice President Cheney were not lawyers, but businessmen. The leaders of the Republican Revolution were not lawyers. Newt Gingrich was a history professor; Tom Delay was an exterminator; and, Dick Armey was an economist. House Minority Leader Boehner was a plastic manufacturer, not a lawyer. The former Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist is a heart surgeon.

Executive Summary

John McCain has 26 Years in Congress and 22 years in the military.
Barrack H. Obama has about 143 DAYS in Congress (if he bothered to show up at all and most of that campaigning for the Presidency) and ZER0 time in the military.

JNN News Flash: Tampholio Dead
JNN has confirmed at 7:15 EST this morning USDA officials along with Argentinean police, volunteers from the Wisconsin Dairy Association and the Texas Cattle Consortium tracked and killed the notorious bovine violator Tampholio in Argentina. Tampholio has been on and off the USDA’s most wanted list for 10 years and has rampaged across two continents leaving in his wake millions of dollars of damage. His most costly desecration was stopping all mike production in Wisconsin for weeks after he broke out of a maximum security prison and went on a four week herd raping storm. Although he was caught several times he always managed to escape catching the guards with there pants down. He was last detained in Guantanamo Bay and during his escape he hide in the rectum of a prisoner that was released.
