Another Dane update (I swear I’m not narcissistic)

Okey dokey, I’m actually doing great with the rehab. I walked up and down some stairs yesterday. I am still a little stiff from that and in some pain today. But my real reason for this post is that I have crossed the elusive 100 lb. mark in weight loss. I have lost a total of 106.5 lbs. in 10 months. O BTW this is day 17 without cigarettes!!! So as soon as I get this other hip done and rehabbed it will be Mrs. Bramage who will not be able to walk.
