OUR NEW SOFA:
We received an early Christmas present from the parents while in California. Spouse and I have been looking at these for a while and finally were able to go to the factory in LA to inspect the quality and comfort of these sofas. The site is www.funkysofa.com and they make all sorts of cool and interesting furniture for commercial and residential use. We loved the construction and comfort of this large sofa and it is now ordered and will be custom built for us and delivered by late January 209. We’re already really anxious! We we’re going to buy one in a number of months because of the spouse’s job situation but we were very surprised when the parental units decided to make this our Christmas gift. Pretty cool! Our pillows are way different. We got some pretty loud ones that are not shown of course in this stock photo from the website. We do have the same color fabric…

Have I ever mentioned…
That I hate Winter?
After an almost 50 degree drop in temps from yesterday’s high, it was zero this morning with a wind chill that was too low to consider. We had a nice glaze of ice over everything and the heat in my Jimmy is still not working.

This is taken at Doc Hurwitz office just before I went in for an hour of butt repair. I drove the BMW 335i while in significant pain… The surgery went well and has been healing since Wednesday afternoon. More when I post the large story of this trip…
