How did you celebrate President’s Day on Monday? Did you know that there are 3 Presidents, from the first five, who died on July 4? Two of them, Jefferson and Adams died on the same day!

RIP this week: Robert Adler the inventor of the TV remote control. Thank you Mr. Adler. Thank you very much. You have significantly contributed to the width of my ass.

This may be my favorite headline/story of the week. Based solely on the picture, that dude should not have a sword in the first place.

My selection this week of “stories of political correctness gone awry” comes from the University of Illinois who lost their mascot due to pressure from the NCAA. I call bullshit. I hope that doesn’t piss-off the bull lobby.

Finally, after 15 years since hurricane Andrew hit South Florida, this woman gets her electricity back on. Wow. That is almost as amazing as the discovery of a 44 year old video clip of the Kennedy assassination. I smell a conspiracy. Is CD still in area 102 or he has returned to the Midwest?

Speaking of conspiracies, who is responsible for Senators Obama and Clinton swift boating each other’s campaign money? This could get really good.

From the Who Gives a Shit files comes the story of Brittney Spears shaving her head and getting some small tatts. The next day, it is announced that she is going into rehab. She is one of my nominees for Fucktard of the Week. Her nomination was confirmed on Wednesday when she checked out of rehab, and then, guess what happened on Thursday? Yep, she checks back in. Who gives a shit? I think she needs a sanitarium personally. Fucktard. So is the McMissile Momma who is getting probation for heaving a McDonald ‘s cup with ice at someone who cut her off on the interstate when she could have got two years. Reminds me of what happened at Daytona last weekend.

Tuesday was Fat Tuesday and Mardi Gras is underway in the Big Easy. Since Wednesday was Ash Wednesday, I had someone put out a smoke on my forehead.
