Ultimate defense for tailgating
As opposed to launching golf balls at tailgaters, I think peanuts is probably more sane and quite effective. Just hurl a “juggernut” or two (especially out the sunroof) and they back off pretty quickly. Plus, you might leave fingerprints on golfballs…
BTW: is TauBu really the best new beer? My gout has receded to the point where I think I might drink this weekend. Bonfires and then big lake party on July 3.

Bullshit Decision
This is one of the most bothersome decisions ever to come out of the SCOTUS. I can’t wait until Fred Phelps dies, so I can say whatever I want about him and protest at his funeral. I should start getting some really nasty signs together soon.

The answer is easy. Pull out one of our old battleships with huge 16″ guns (and many others) cruise right to the ports where the pirates hang and blast away until there is not one ship left. Court again strikes down Stolen Valor Act

PASADENA, Calif. — A federal appeals court panel ruled Tuesday that people have a right to lie about receiving military medals, the second federal court decision in a month to go against the Stolen Valor Act.
Xavier Alvarez, who falsely claimed in 2007 to have received the Medal of Honor, challenged the law on appeal after he was charged with violating the act, which makes it a crime to falsely claim to have won a military medal.
Alvarez said the act is a violation of free-speech rights.
