CHILD TO BE CHARGED WITH ASSAULT WITH A DEADLY HUG?

A junior high school student could be charged with sexual battery after allegedly giving a school social worker an “inappropriate” hug, MyFOXKC.com reported.

The employee at Chisholm Trail Junior High School told an assistant principal that the 13-year-old boy embraced her in a way that made her uncomfortable, according to police in Olathe, Kan.

“The incident was documented and it has been forwarded to the district attorney’s office,” said Olathe Police Sgt. Johnnie Rowland. “They will review it and decide from that point what action should be taken.”

So if you don’t like your rate, just quit paying for a while, get behind and then you can renegotiate it… Sound like bullshit to me. I say the only people who should get a renegotiation are the folk who can show that they were mislead or cheated somehow and didn’t know what they were signing… If the folks who are just signed on the dotted line and hoped for the best get better rated, the folks who are up to date and current should get a discounted rate as well. We should all get 1/2 a percentage or so off our currently rate. That is only fair, decent and right. We should all demand this of the governments and banks. What a crock. Now, I am not without sympathy for those who lost jobs or actually were ripped off by the bank, but I think most of these are people who over bought and over extended. It’s not all ‘poor’ folk getting foreclosed. There are a LOT of McMansion’s out there getting foreclosed… When we set this precedent, it’ll always be the governments job from here on in to un-fuck your mistakes… It’ll make making mistakes a desirable path. “Well honey, we can’t really afford this house (car, boat, plane, stereo blah blah blah…) but we’ll just default on the loan that Uncle Sam will fix it for us!”… A crock of shit is what I call this!

This is an example pic from the web of what I am going to buy this week prior to the election, a Stag Arms AR-15 Tactical version. As the story states below, guns are selling like hotcakes. This is before the election. After the election, should Obama win, prices will jump as supply goes down. Everyone and their dog will be out to buy! I figure it’ll be a better deal prior to the election… In Connecticut, we have a 10 day waiting period from purchase. So, even though I have to wait to pick it up I can get the price prior to the election. Should McCain win, not biggie as I have wanted this for a long while. I’ve had two AR-15’s in the past and of course I became ultra-familiar with the weapon while serving in the Marine Corps. I was the “high shooter” with the AR-15 out of 80 recruits in boot camp in 1979. This will be good as if there is some significant civil unrest in the near future, I won’t be unprepared. God forbid that something questionable or worse happens to Obama if elected because all hell will break loose. We will have to be prepared for self-defense and the defense of our family and homes… Maybe society will breakdown even if there is no “event” to act as the catalyst.

[0655hrs apx]: I just got side swiped by a stupid asswipe. He was going really slowly so I passed him legally on the right of the road (not highway) and he must have taken offense because as I drove up the road he passed illegally on the left and an oncoming car forced him back into my lane. He hit my mirror and front fender from what I can tell in the dark and then passed a van that was in front of me in the same manner. He was also forced back into the lane by oncoming traffic and forced the van to take extreme evasive actions. There was no head-on collision but he did take my mirror out on my new GTI and hit my front fender. I was a mile from home so I went home and called the police. I had the dudes plate or something very close to his plate and the NB cops told me this happened in Plainville. I called Plainville and they would not go to New Britain. They said I had to come to them. I had a couple drinks by then and going to the cops was not a great idea.

I will go see them in the morning and call the insurance company. I think I know the plate number and the car was a light blue or white compact that was older. I can’t come up with the model at the moment. If I see a pic I might.

What a fuck face he was. He (or she I guess) was a total dick.

ENGLAND — A Muslim man is suing a British supermarket for religious discrimination after the store allegedly made him carry alcohol despite the fact that doing so is against his religion, the U.K.’s Daily Mail reported Monday.

Mohammed Ahmed, 32, told an employment tribunal that he was forced to leave his job after eight months because handling alcoholic beverages violates his Islamic beliefs and that he was “victimized” when he asked the Tesco grocery store for a different job, the paper reported.

The thing is, this person should not even be given the time of day. They should simply say do the job or quit the job. This is what the job requires. If you can’t do it, leave.
