Quote of the Decade
The Quote of the Decade:
“The fact that we are here today to debate raising America ‘s debt limit is a sign of leadership failure. It is a sign that the US Government cannot pay its own bills. It is a sign that we now depend on ongoing financial assistance from foreign countries to finance our Government’s reckless fiscal policies. Increasing America ‘s debt weakens us domestically and internationally. Leadership means that, “the buck stops here.’ Instead, Washington is shifting the burden of bad choices today onto the backs of our children and grandchildren. America has a debt problem and a failure of leadership. Americans deserve better.”
~ Senator Barack H. Obama, March 2006

Hahahaha that is so money!
He actually had the nerve to go on letterman and say there’s nothing to worry about in the short term.
And he blew off a meeting with Israel PM Netanyahu to make the Letterman appearance.
I don’t recall Reagan on the Johnny Carson show…I do remember Clinton on Arsenio Hall, but that was before he got elected (and may have helped him win since he played the sax on that show). Now, politicians go on late night TV as a matter of course I guess.
Have we done anything about the murdered ambassador and his staff in Libya yet? Other than tell Hillary she has to take the fall? Our half muslim president doesn’t want to piss off his brothers over there…
America deserves better. We need Romney.
