I just read that story. Not good.

  2. DaneBramage says:

They never thought to scramble ALL signals over there?? Man that is fucked up big time.

  3. Yarbz says:

I guess even if they scrambled the signals they were not being careful to keep the technology up to date and always changing…

We are simply underestimating the enemy. Just because they were crappy dirty raggy clothes we don’t think there are educated and brilliant people involved or helping from other countries. We need to take them more seriously than the Nazis. These guys are more dangerous. Many Nazis ended up rejecting their beliefs in the system while these Islamofascists will never change their radical religious beliefs. Nazis also mostly wanted to live their lives and not kill themselves in suicide attacks.

Sending an additional 30,000 troops is stupid. Vietnam wasn’t “Vietnam” because of the terrain or the enemy. Vietnam was “Vietnam” because of government policies and dumbasses. The problem was created by Washington. Schwarzkopf knew how to avoid Vietnam Syndrome in 1991 with Operation Desert Storm but it seems Obama (and Bush before him) are following the “How to Make a New Vietnam Handbook” or “Creating a Quagmire for Idiots” book.

Let’s either get out and let the malignant tumor grow and grow. Maybe it’ll eat itself and maybe it won’t. On the other hand, we could send 500,000 or 1,000,000 troops, kick the media out, blow up and kill everything that moves and resolve the issue in 6 months.

That’s my story and I’m sticking to it…

AGREED Yarbz! Personally, I don’t think America has what it takes to “win” a major conflict anymore. Hell…I don’t think we have what it takes to win a minor one these days. I’m pretty sure that with enough media access that I could defeat the U.S.in a war without firing a shot.

It’s a shame that our enemies appear to be avid students of history while our leaders are oblivious to it.
