An emergency can be defined in a large number of ways…
Nobody else thinks that Obama (or any President) being able to shutting down the Internet (Read: ‘silence to opposition) during a so called ‘emergency’ is scary???
In an emergency, the internet would be the last place you would find me. In answer to your question, I am not afraid of any president shutting down the internet if the situation calls for that to happen. I am only saying that because there is no chance that W will return as president again, so I feel more safe than I felt when he was commander in chief.
There are certain situations that I have defined as an emergency that I would not want the president shutting down the internet. Just a few of them are:
1. Have to go pee really, really bad.
2. Have a fingernail about to break and need a nail file.
3. Cat or dog got ran over.
4. Toilet is clogged running over.
5. Boss is coming and about to catch me posting on Juggernuts.
6. My ATM will not work at the machine because my bank account is out of money again.
7. FB’s package is stuck in his zipper again.
That would be like getting a Vienna Sausage stuck in the Great Wall of China…
