The Urge To Kill
I am working with someone who is holding the same job title that I am. The person was hurriedly rushed through the system to make her a permanent employee prior to the new administration taking over and throwing two old bosses out the door, one being her aunt.
This person does not have any grammer or writing skills. She is the type that thinks she is intelligent, sings while her work is getting farther and farther behind, and wants to do everything herself as she believes others will admire her for her knowledge.
She has everyone in the office laughing at her behind her back. Many want to take her outside and beat the shit out of her. Some of us just want to watch her get fired.
The last two weeks working with this individual has been frustrating, not only for me but for my boss and the manager of the unit who has the clerical this worman supervises.
Today, I have only this to say, Bitch…one more time you say something stupid or write something stupid in an email and send it to everyone, including the director, I am going to duct tape your mouth shut, tie you up and put you on a rolling cart. I will take you and the cart outside and push you down one of the wonderful hilly streets outside this building that leads to a busy highway. I will watch you get hit by a tractor trailer, then smile and walk back inside the office to sanity at last!
Now, I feel better. Thanks for this moment.

This woman has been dealing with leave slips for at least eight months. Everyday is a new day at work for her though.
One time I was looking for a key that opened a very important office door downstairs. I sent an email to everyone, but specifically to her because the key was missing from a chain that we kept hanging in her cubicle so all new where it was if we need access to files downstairs. The key was assigned to me. She told me she didn’t have it repeatedly. Then one day when she was out of the office, two of us were looking for something at her desk and I opened her pencil drawer. Inside it was the missing key, laying right in front for her to see it everytime she opened that drawer. In an email, I told her I had found the key, where it was found, and where it was now located in case she needed to use it. She did not apologize in the email response, in fact she was apparently trying to chew my ass. Needless to say, her neck was mine after that. I have and will continue to do all I can to get this incompetent waste of tax payer dollar worker out of this office. It is beginning to work. I give her three months, if that to be here.
This was sent to everyone in the state that works for our Agency. It is regarding a statewide clerical meeting and people were asked if our HRC woman should speak. Everyone else felt it was not necessary, but the idiot. You will notice she has no idea how to write or talk proper English – no periods, capitalization where not needed, no proper sentence structure. I think she comes from ‘da Hood’
Yes I have questions like when are leave slip due by, how are we to report comp time, Is it a reason that we have to turn in cover letters (which is a request to work over time) with every comp time leave slip. Is this for everyone or is this just for JC office. Also on the attendance slip if we received a leave slip from the hearing officers or clerical that was prior. Is it really necessary to go back and do a Revised cover slip? I need for the process to be explain to me because it never was explain. The duty was just given to me.
Ranting on this site is actually therapeutic as I think we all know from experience! CJ, it’s best to stay out of her sphere and let her continue to be stupid and not know it. You don’t want to hurt your career in the process…
Also, I think it would be best to NOT beat the shit out of her because then she will get a large settlement and leave happy and also your office will smell like her shit…

LOL…I love incompetent co-workers as they always make the rest of us look even better. Just laugh at her and go on about your day as she reveals herself to be a blathering idiot…
