THIS WHITE STAGE COVER IS ONE OF MY PET PEEVES WITH HARTFORD:

One bright days the stage cover is so bright you can’t even look at it without burning your eyes. If there is a band or anything on the stage, your can’t even stand to look at them even if your eyes had the ability to capture such a dynamic range of light. The white also makes the whole area look unnatural and plastic. It seems to me is should have been a ‘no brainer’ to have a natural colored canvas or synthentic type canvas cover over the stage. I have taken it upon myself to show several options and post a poll at the bottom of the photo. Please take a look at the original image and two of the many possible options for a better color and cast your vote in the poll:

All of the above, except #2. At least they are doing something with the riverfront. It looks 100 times better than it used to look before the convention center and Marriot and bridge and landing were all done.

Either blue or olive would be better for sure. How about a nice teal maybe? Can we try vermillion or puce?

Blue is definitely the color to go with. I’m like FB though, all of the above, except for #2.

    Olive was the best IMHO.

By the way, the tower in the center is the building where I work.
