OK… so this girl posts some nude photos of herself on MySpace, now she’s looking at over 10 years in jail and may get off with ONLY be labeled a sex offender? There’s a punchline coming here right???

There are a lot of sex offenders out there who are NOT sex offender if this crap is true… Bad.

How silly.
The spirit of the law is not to prosecute kids for this. I think we need to redefine the age of consent and then apply punishment based on the difference in age. To me, it is clearly worse for a 30 year old to have sex with a 16 year old then it is to have an 18 year old have sex with a 15 year old. The age of consent is a difficult thing to define in this modern society where morals and inhibitions are shunned by many.
Bottom line is that this is just a stupid ignorant girl who may or may not be a slut but she is NOT a sex offender.
So using government logic, she can be arrested for child abuse, molestation, etc, if she masturbates….right?
…and given that she looks like a strange one, she will have to do that a lot or give out cookies with the nookies.
