WASHINGTON — The Supreme Court on Wednesday struck down a law that allows the execution of people convicted of a raping a child.
In a 5-4 vote, the court said the Louisiana law allowing the death penalty to be imposed in such cases violates the Constitution’s ban on cruel and unusual punishment.
“The death penalty is not a proportional punishment for the rape of a child,” Justice Anthony Kennedy wrote in his majority opinion. His four liberal colleagues joined him, while the four more conservative justices dissented.

Stiff mandatory sentences for child rapists are a GOOD idea, not license to attack the innocent victims.

I would have to say that if he did that to my little girl I would be VERY VERY tempted to put a bullet between the guy’s eyes and not lose a night’s sleep over it. I’m kind of cold that way.

On the same subject, let’s see what a Mass. Democrat Lawmaker who is also a defense attorney says he’ll do if stricter penalties are imposed for pedophiles and child rapists:

What a nice guy. He says that, “That will be my job as a defense attorney.” Hmmmm…why would a change in the law make a difference? I have little doubt that this is already his method. Maybe someday his little girl will be raped and he can sit and watch as some OTHER souless defense lawyer tears her apart on the stand.

Definately. They are already on the list for the WIR, as is the guy who escaped the death penalty (and deserves it in the worst way) for this heinous crime. The libtards on the SCOTUS are ruinating this country and our ability to kill those who need killin. Granted, executing people is barbaric. There are only like six or seven countries in the world (including Afganistan, Iraq, Iran, Saudi Arabia, China, the U.S. and North Korea; nice company, huh?) who still do it, but this guy DESERVES to die. What he really deserves is relentless sodomy by larger men armed with sadistic large spiky dildos who make his rectum bleed so much so as to cause death slowly and painfully.
