There are many who state that the military is, and the wars are fought by, a large majority of have nots. It’s pretty well balanced from what I see in the study. that is all. I just thought it was interesting.

Ok, now it makes sense to me. It does look like everything is well proportioned.

Woohoo!!!!! Finally. Thanks for the tip Yarbz. It must have been the browser.
Howdy ya’ll…glad to be back : )
As far as the topic goes…my 10 year experience in the Marine Corps was just about what is shown above. I would have classified the vast majority of those that I knew well enough to know their background as lower middle class to middle class families. And contrary to left-leaning beliefs, the vast majority were above average intelligence…of course i also never served with any infantry units ; )

Trench, by the way, people have been having trouble getting logged in on browsers other than IE… Sup?

I use FireFox and I haven’t had any problems. What issues are they having?

ZC, can you elaborate on what was happening with the other browser?

I never cared about how rich someone was when they enlisted. A troop is a troop and that was always good enough for me.
And stop using IE. Firefox is the way to go.

I prefer firefox over IE. BUT, when I got my new computer, loaded firefox, came to the jug site and tried to login, it would not let me. I figured I was just trying the wrong password and could not remember the one for this site, soooo I request a new one. It still would not recognize my log-in. I then went to IE and was able to log-in just fine. Once I logged in on IE, I could also log-in using firefox. It maybe just one of those internet/computer gremlins that enjoy laughing at humans. I dunno.

Ditto what CinLin said happened.
I also tried to “re-register” using several different names and I kept getting an error message stating that the name was already in use.
I asked for my password and kept getting emails that said
username: ZappaCrappa
and then no password was present in the email.
