CHICAGO (AP) – A postal worker in Chicago was shot in the leg late Tuesday after a resident along his postal route allegedly became angry that he was delivering the mail too late.

    Our mail gets here everyday about a hare’s breath (or is that hair’s breadth?) short of 5 pm and I have decided to shoot our mailman if he is ever a moment late with the daily delivery of hard spam.
