PS: I wonder what law is broken by having a noose hanging from your truck? Granted, it is stupid and ignorant, but illegal? I have seen Pick ups with big fake testicles hanging from them and find that somewhat repulsive (why would my daughter have to see that?).

I saw a truck not too long ago with a set of testicles dangling from the rear axle. It made me chuckle (my daughter was not in the car with me at the time), but after a moment it occurred to me that when compared to the overall size of the truck, the balls were actually quite small in proportion.
So basically, the douche bag was proclaiming his pick up has tiny balls. Dumbass.
